Ron Bokleman is part of the talented, creative and cutting edge team of software architects and designers at Blue Metal Architects. With a focus on  Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, and Identity Management he engages BlueMetal clients providing consulting services helping envision, architect, design, and deliver solutions that exactly meet the clients’ needs.

Over his nearly 16 year career at Microsoft he has advised hundreds of Enterprise customers helping them envision, architect, build and deploy solutions on the Microsoft platform while working closely with Redmond (Commerce Server Insiders, SharePoint Insiders) to influence product design and direction.

Ron has been working with web technologies since 1992. Helped launch Staples.com on classic Active Server Pages (ASP) & SQL Server v6.5 on Microsoft Site Server 3.0 Commerce Edition in 1998-99. Co-author of the Microsoft Commerce Server 2000 Resource Kit from MSPress. Has done many web site performance and optimization engagements using a patented Microsoft methodology entitled: Transaction Cost Analysis. Delivered several high profile Web Content Management solutions for enterprise customers like the Polo Ralph Loren, NFL, TV Guide, and Volvo using Microsoft Content Management Server 2000/2001. Joined the Microsoft SharePoint revolution in 2001 and has since helped Microsoft customers design their deployments for 2003, 2007, 2010 and 2013. Recently Ron has embraced PowerShell, Windows Azure IaaS, Office 365 (SharePoint, Lync, Exchange) and developed a keen interest in Identity Management.
